Just wanted to report that I had my first pork salad at the brand new Idaho Falls Cafe Rio! It was delicious and fabulous and wonderful. Something to get me through the summer!
It opened on Friday but I was so so sick. Funny thing is that I didn't even know it was opened but on Friday night I just kept wishing I could eat a pork salad instead of my lame chicken noodle soup. It's a good thing I didn't know it was open or I would have gone and gotten one!
Can't wait till I can go get another one! Dinner tonight anyone? Lunch tomorrow? Both?
