Fall in McCall

A few weeks ago my new boss let Greg and I stay the weekend at his cabin in McCall.  We had never been there before but had heard great things.  It was gorgeous and the perfect place for a much needed weekend getaway.  

We spent Saturday wandering around the cute little down.  We ate at lunch at a yummy Chineese restaurant overlooking the lake, checked out all the little shops, walked through the street fair and around the lake, searched everywhere for ice cream and ended up with milkshakes for dinner, and just enjoyed being together. 

This is my boss's cabin we stayed in.  It was so nice!  And in a beautiful, quiet wooded area just a short walk from the other end of the lake that is in town.

Oh and on the way home I shopped at a huge year-round Christmas store.  And ate about a quarter of the world's largest pancake!
